Hi, we are Jim and Linda Graves Arnold, full-time REALTORS in the St. Louis and St. Charles County areas. We have lived in the areas where we work for over 30 years.  

We attended college at the University of Missouri, Jim in St. Louis earning a degree in business and Linda in Columbia where she earned both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Health Administration degree. Both of these degrees enabled Linda to work in the healthcare field for nearly 20 years. As she transitioned to real estate, friends teased that she had made such a radical change from healthcare. Jim transitioned from many years of experience in retail sales management. In reality, each transition was a smooth one as both professions were all about people. Dealing with people was always our strength - the only difference is the product. Interestingly, our previous vocations and our role as real estate professionals help guide patients/clients through a complicated web of services.  

St. Louis is the city where we have chosen to raise our families. My husband Jim and I have a blended family of four sons and two daughters from previous marriages. We love the variety of activities, shopping and, of course, restaurants to choose from in the St. Louis area. There is always something to do. Linda's sons Clarke and Jordan definitely keep us busy with sports and school activities. 

We both love to travel and are always planning our next getaway. We prefer the sun to the cold but love skiing almost as much as we love the beach. The Caribbean and Sanibel Island, Florida (where we were married on the beach in October, 2003) are two of our favorite destinations. Just give us some sand between our toes and we are in heaven. Sunning, shelling and creating sand sculptures are some of our favorite beach activities. Of course, living in the Midwest keeps our beach outings to a minimum, but makes us treasure each experience even more. 

The best part of real estate for us is the ability to be able to blend our family life and work life. We enjoy both intensely and appreciate being able to work around our family life. No matter how much we love real estate (and we do!) our family comes first. We love being able to do business while still being able to enjoy our son's soccer or baseball game.
